SUMMARY:Yeah, I also thought that Jim Jannard and Phil Knight were buddies. At least was the case when Jannard, founder of Oakley, made the sunglasses, and Phil Knight, founder of Nike, made the shoes. But now that Jannard makes shoes and Knight makes sunglasses, things don't seem quite as friendly. Oh, well.
Oakley clearance-type deals are available on all three of these websites but I favor eBay for certain reasons. The first thing that I noticed on eBay was the presence of liquidators. That's just what I'm looking for in saving money. Also, although Oakley makes more than just sunglasses and I noticed that it was easier to find apparel and other items at eBay stores as opposed to Amazon or Bizrate/Shopzilla. It's not that Amazon or Bizrate/Shopzilla were bad places to shop because they also had good,well-organized selections. eBay was just somewhat better.
